RETURNED TO BRAZIL IN 1989 AND FOUNDED ROCHA AZEVEDO, WHICH SOON BECAME THE MOST AWARDED BRAND ACTIVATION AGENCY IN LATIN AMERICA, WITH OFFICES IN BRAZIL, ARGENTINA AND CHILE - SOLD TO THE MARKETING STORE IN 2000;

GERALDO REMAINED AS THE PRESIDENT OF THE MARKETING STORE FOR LATIN AMERICA.

IN 2005, HE BECAME PARTNER AND CO-PRESIDENT OF NEOGAMABBH, THE 21 ST AGENCY IN THE BRAZILIAN RANKING IN MEDIA BUYING. IT WAS SOLD TO THE PUBLICIS GROUPE IN 2012, IN THE 5 TH POSITION IN THE RANKING;

FOUNDER OF INSULA, WHICH HAS BEEN AWARDED AS DIGITAL AGENCY OF THE YEAR TWICE;

STATUTORY DIRECTOR OF T4F, WHICH IS CONSIDERED THE LARGEST LIVE ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY IN LATAM FOR 2 YEARS IN A ROW, WHERE HE ORGANIZED GREAT ROADSHOWS AND FESTIVALS, SUCH AS ROLLING STONES, COLDPLAY, MAROON 5, PEARL JAM, LOLLAPALLOZA, AND EDC;

SHE BEGAN HER CAREER IN 1986, WORKING IN COMMUNICATION AGENCIES SUCH AS TRÍADE ADVERTISING AND KAVALLET INTEGRATED COMMUNICATION.

IN 1993, AT MPM LINTAS PUBLICIDADE, AN ADVERTISING AGENCY BELONGING TO THE INTERPUBLIC GROUP, SHE SERVED UNILEVER WITH OMO AND CONFORTO PRODUCTS. LATER, SHE TOOK OVER UNILEVER'S LATIN AMERICAN COORDINATION FOR DETERGENTS, CONTROLLING ACTIVITIES OF MORE THAN 15 COUNTRIES, WITH DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE WORLD COORDINATION IN LONDON.

FROM 1996 TO 2009, SHE WORKED ON AGENCIES LIKE SIGHT MOMENTUM, AN AGENCY BELONGING TO THE INTERPUBLIC GROUP, SD COMUNICAÇÃO AND ROCHAAZEVEDO, ALWAYS ACTING AS SERVICE DIRECTOR.

IN JULY 2009, GERALDO INVITED HER TO BE THE GENERAL DIRECTOR AT INSULA COMUNICAÇÃO, AN AGENCY OF THE NEOGAMA GROUP, WHICH WAS ACQUIRED BY PUBLICIS GROUP, WITH APPROXIMATELY 55 PEOPLE. THERE, SHE STAYED UNTIL 2016 AND WORKED IN SEVERAL AREAS, FROM THE INTRODUCTION OF METHODS AND PROCESSES TO FINANCE, OPERATION, AND COMMERCIAL, IN ADDITION TO QUALITY CONTROL OF PROJECTS AT ALL LEVELS.

IN 2012, SHE WAS AWARDED BY GLOBOS AS THE BEST SERVICE PROFESSIONAL IN THE MARKET.
